David is the Small Group Director and founder of IRONWORKS Ministry to Men at Lakeland Community Church in Lee's Summit, MO. David is passionate about guiding others toward an authentic relationship with Christ. He has spent the last several years developing a ministry to men that strives to "provide men spiritual pathways that lead to Christ-centered personal growth, the serving of others and the building of God's Kingdom." David has written small group curricula and has recently developed a Leadership Field Manual that guides small group leaders in developing skills and working toward improving personal discipleship. David can also be seen preaching at Lakeland's Sunday morning services periodically through the year. A graduate of Central Missouri State U., David's degree in education. David and his bride, Sabrena, have been married since 1999 and have three children: Gracen (3); Jadon (1) and Abigal (Abby) Elizabeth born on August 25, 2004. They reside in Raytown, MO.
